Friends of the Langenburg Schools Fund

This fund will accept donations to create a permanent endowment to benefit activities at:

Langenburg’s Schools including:

Sports, Academics, Scholarships, Counseling, Music, Art, Drama, Teen Issues and Student Leadership.

How the fund will grow…

Family & Friends will accept donations to the Friends of Langenburg Schools Fund, as well as the LCS Scholarship Fund and hold them in perpetuity. The interest earned on the Fund will be spent; the principal invested. In this way, a donation to the fund is a “gift that goes on giving”.

How Grants will be made…

Each year Family & Friends will provide grants to Langenburg School Programs from the interest earned on the fund. Grants will be made in consultation with school representatives.

The Friends of Langenburg Schools Fund

• • Gives rural students opportunities for fields of study that are traditionally unfunded (music, art & science).
• • Allow Langenburg Schools to develop programs previously unavailable to students.
• • Express appreciation for our own Langenburg School experiences.
• • Gain favourable tax results
• • Ensure viability of Langenburg’s Schools
